Insurance
We are happy to submit pre-authorizations and claim to your insurance company on your behalf to determine what they may pay. Every plan has its maximums and limits that may affect the amount the insurance will pay, despite what your pre-authorization says. We encourage you to be thoroughly familiar with the terms of your dental plan.
Dual Insurance
We only direct bill to your primary insurance. However, we are happy to send pre-authorizations and claims to your secondary insurance on your behalf.
