First of all WOW…what an amazing team of caring human beings. I was not your typical patient as my problems were above and beyond normal. But the reassurance from Erica and Stephanie to try and make something that would be comfortable and still look Great was accomplished. This was an extreme challenge. I am so thankful for them and the Girls at the front desk. They made sure they accommodated our appointments knowing we travelled from Port Alberni to Duncan which is almost 2 hours. So thank you once again Stephanie and the team for reassuring me you could fit me with the bottom denture. When I got the denture and put it in it was an incredible feeling to know I could smile again with confidence

I did a lot of research to find out about Erika and Steph. After making the choice for Beautiful Smiles Dentures. I had to make numerous trip from Sooke (2 ½ hour round trip). After receiving my dentures, I am glad I made the choice. They feel and look great!

The staff from receptionist to denturist are all friendly and capable. there was never a moment when I was made to feel less than. No patronizing from them! The partial plate fit better right away. Unlike the one made thirty years ago in Chilliwack. I appreciated the informational leaflet explaining how to care for it which came with the “goody bag”. I did not receive that the first time. For instance, I didn’t know how to properly care for my partial before. THANK YOU!

They do excellent work teeth fit well and are very natural. They got a good tight fit on bottom partial plate. That has never happened before.

I got the new suction bottom teeth, and the first thing I noticed was food (nuts, seeds) did not get under them very easily. Which is fantastic as my old ones got seeds and everything under them. It was so embarrassing eating in public. I couldn’t be happier with my new set!
